Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

    Prepare the Hardware

    Securely pack the cameras, DVRs, and all original cables or mounting hardware in their original packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.

  • 3.
    Ship to Service Center

    Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the box.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the equipment's condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
